Self-Leadership: from the 'Edge'


Self-Leadership is for you if:

  • You're under pressure to deliver results, and you know intuitively that 'working harder' doesn't necessarily mean 'better performance'
  • You're aware that you're leading by example, and would like to 'model' a different way to get the best out of your team
  • You believe that aligning 'purpose, passion and people' is key to business success, but don't know how to go about it
  • You want to overcome any negative attitudes, beliefs and behaviours that are in the way of more flow, ease, satisfaction and success at work

As a leader, you need advanced skills in communication, strategic vision, focus, and discipline balanced with flexibility. Yet what will set you apart as a leader is your own self-awareness, translated into considered action, good judgement, empathy for others and the ability to walk into the unknown, whilst confidently inspiring and leading others forward, one step, or one leap, at a time. 




This is leading from the 'edge' - the 'edge' between your own inner world, with the doubts, concerns, and uncertainties; and the outer world, in which you have to draw on inner resources to find the courage to act – and deliver results.
